An insightful public accounting professional, Jason Wagner is one of Cliintel Capital’s strategic advisors. In this role, he works with the Cliintel team and portfolio company clients to assist leadership in optimal decision-making to improve long-term organizational outcomes and create value for investors. With experience in startups, rapidly growing, mature businesses, businesses in transitions and businesses with owners seeking an exit, Jason serves both private and publicly held companies, providing strategic expertise, due diligence and debt-restructuring services to clients experiencing rapid change, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, roll-up combinations, securities offerings and registrations. In addition to Cliintel, he is also the managing director at CBIZ MHM, LLC, a Porter Billups Leadership Academy board member and sits on the Clear Cannabis, Inc. board of directors. Jason received a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree from the University of Denver.
