An experienced portfolio manager and board member with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, Ezra Gardner is one of Cliintel Capital’s strategic advisors. In this position, he works with both Cliintel and its portfolio company clients to assist portfolio company leaders in making the best long-term business decisions to deliver value to investors. Bringing over 20 years of professional experience in global financial markets, including investing in public and private companies, financing mergers and acquisitions, and advising on corporate strategy, to the Cliintel team, Ezra is also a partner and co-founder of Varana Capital, LLC, an active board member of Galileo Wheel and Clear Cannabis, Inc. With experience in investment banking roles at JP Morgan and a senior leadership position at UBS, he received multiple bachelor’s degrees from Brown University.
